Is my rent too high?

Unfortunately, we find that too many tenants are paying too much in rent. The rental market is under pressure, which creates a breeding ground for rent to be pushed up. However, we have a number of rules that limit exorbitant rents.

If we think your rent is too high, we can help you contact your landlord and urge them to reduce the rent, and if this is not successful, we can help you get the rent reviewed by the Rent Board.
