We offer two types of membership
Membership
A regular membership costs DKK 705 upon joining.
DKK 699 is payable upon enrolment. (+ 6 kr. in fees)
Thereafter 366 DKK/3 months (120 DKK/month + 6 DKK in fees).

Youth member
If you are between 18 and 25 years old and in education.
This costs DKK 152 for the first six months, then DKK 65 per month. (+ 2 kr. in fees)
This membership covers a review of your lease and verbal counselling.
If a case needs to be filed, it will cost DKK 450 to start it.

Membership terms and conditions
Binding
By joining Lejernes Hus, you commit to a minimum 3-month membership.
After that, the membership can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of a month.
The membership covers the period for which the payment is charged.
If you are a member via a secretariat agreement, please see the agreement for more information about cancellation etc.
Resident representation
If you live in a property that has a Residents' Representation, or if you live in a General Department that wants to enter into a counselling agreement with Lejernes Hus, please contact us for a quote on an agreement.
Secretarial agreements are generally signed for DKK 350.00 per tenancy per year. However, please contact Lejernes Hus in relation to your specific Residents' Representation / General Department for a more detailed review of the terms and price of signing a secretariat agreement.
If your property does not have a Residents' Council and you would like more information on how to set up a Residents' Council, please contact us for a free review.
Mobilepay and bank transfer
Payment options
Please note that if you do not use card payment when signing up, but pay with MobilePay or Bank Transfer, you must remember to sign up for Betalingsservice when you receive your enrolment confirmation by email.
If you do not register your membership payment with PBS, you will be charged a billing fee of DKK 75 for each membership payment.
