Collaboration with lawyer Maria Berth
At Lejernes Hus, we are proud of our close collaboration with lawyer Maria Berth, who with her experience and expertise is an invaluable support for our members. Maria helps assess whether decisions from the Rent Board and the Residents' Complaints Board should be taken to the Housing Court, and provides advice on bailiff court cases and other legal issues related to litigation.
In addition to her advisory role, Maria is responsible for working with the Residents' Representation and social housing departments. Her extensive knowledge and experience in these areas makes her a safe and competent partner for both members and the association.
Since becoming a lawyer in 2017, Maria has specialised in real estate - with a particular passion for tenancy law. Her commitment to the profession is also evident in her work as a member of the Residents' Complaints Board and as a housing judge in most court districts on Zealand.
Maria is not only professionally strong, but also a person who brings positive energy to her work. She is always listening and thorough in her approach, which instils confidence and trust in those she works with. Through her work, she has won many cases, and her dedication to the tenants makes a noticeable difference.
We are happy to have Maria as part of our network, where her professionalism and commitment go hand in hand with the joy of making a difference at Lejernes Hus.
