Sections 170, 171 and 182 of the Rent Act set the framework for when a lease can be cancelled and terminated.

This is a very complex area and there are strict requirements for termination and cancellation of a tenant. 

Therefore, it is always a good idea to contact us and have the submitted cancellation/termination reviewed to assess whether you have been rightfully terminated/terminated.
