Bailiff court cases/litigation
In certain cases and by special agreement, Lejernes Hus can assist with the collection of claims via the Bailiff's Court/initiation of small claims proceedings before the courts.
These cases are generally not covered by free legal aid or your home contents insurance, and this work is not part of your regular membership with Lejernes Hus.

If special terms have been agreed between the member and Lejernes Hus in relation to Lejernes Hus' handling of this, these terms apply.
